Short Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Workshop Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Ph.D. consortium and Industrial applications Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Poster and Demo Papers: 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Purchasing Extra Pages

Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at $100 (US dollars) per extra page.

Important Deadline

PAPER DEADLINE: Final paper is due by 5 October 2012.
COPYRIGHT DEADLINE: A signed copyright release form is due by 5 October 2012.

Your final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. (8.5" x 11")

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Is one copy-right form per paper by one of the authors enough?
A1. Yes, as long as any one of the authors of each paper signs the copyright form.

Q2. Do I need to submit both pdf and doc file of my camera-ready submission?
A2. Please upload only the PDF file for the camera-ready submission in order to make the proceeding.

Q3. Do I need headers or footers?
A3. Please follow the instructions in the IEEE template file. You should not add any headers or footers.

Q4. Will the author information in EasyChair be used for index or the one present in the paper?
A4. We will use the author information presented in the papers for the index. If the author information in EasyChair is different from that presented in the paper, please correct it.

Q5. How do I submit copyright form.
A5. You add signed copyright form to the zip file together with the camera-ready version of your paper.
