Dear MTPP 2010 Authors,

Congratulations for your excellent research work that submitted to MTPP'10
has been selected for presentation at the symposium.
We have the honor and pleasure to invite you to participate in the Symposium
which is to be held in Vladivostok, Russia, May 16-19, 2010.
We expect that you also accept the obligation to attend MTPP-2010 and to
register/present your paper.   We apologize very much but otherwise your

paper will be excluded from the book of symposium proceedings, which
will be published as the LNCS volume (Springer Verlag, Germany).

The following are instructions for registration.

1. At least one author from each accepted paper MUST register at the Regular
Registration Fee.  One regular registration can cover only one accepted
paper.

2. The registration fee will be paid at the symposium site in Vladivostok
(Pay by cash, the local organizers will help to exchange dollars or euros in
rubls.)

3. All registrations include the conference proceedings cost,
transportation, social program, communications, conference sessions, coffee
breaks and welcome party.

4. The receipt will be issed at the registration desk at the conference.

5. Registration Fees:

Regular registration: 450 USD
Delegate registration: 300 USD
Student registration: 150 USD


Regular - Each accepted should be registered with this type.
Delegate - Participants without paper, or authors of a registered paper,
should be registered with this type.
Student - Only for participant who is a full time student.

For example, a paper is authored by three people, A (professor),
B(professor) and C(student).  If all the three authors will attend the
symposium, they should pay 450 (for A) + 300 (for B) + 150 (for C).
