Submission Guideline

Papers must be submitted electronically in Adobe PDF format to the submission system.

Papers must have authors' affiliation and contact information on the first page.

Papers must be unpublished and not being considered elsewhere for publication.

Papers are limited to 6 pages in IEEE 8.5x11 conference format.

Papers selected for presentation will be published in the Workshop Proceedings of UIC 2009 by IEEE Press and indexed by EI.
